Our Integration Managers have proven track records in consistently delivering quality client services, driving high-quality work products within the expected time frames and on budget. They constantly focus on monitoring progress, managing risk and ensuring key stakeholders’ buy-in and support, while also staying abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business.
They fulfill solution architect responsibilities for E2E processes and functional solution, as well as the management of integration points through an integration strategy. They coordinate the cross-functional activities (e.g. Solution Playbacks, Collaboration Hubs, Cutover), create the cross-functional work products (e.g. Workshop Catalogs, Workshop Schedules), and build the cross-functional templates (e.g. Workshop Decks, Solution Design Documents). Our Integration Managers have general knowledge of record to report, order to cash, logistics, plan to manufacture, procure to pay, data migration, testing, security, infrastructure, development and change management. They have a multi-vendor experience, offshore/remote experience and interim-states, integration with third parties.
