MDG Manager

Our SAP MDG managers are responsible for process design, configuration, assistance with testing, requirements gathering and ultimately setup a fully functional development, test, and production environment to delivery MDG scope to the client.
They have hands on experience as Project Manager with executing and delivering multiple full life cycle SAP implementations including SAP MDG projects and thorough and deep knowledge of SAP Master Data Domains - Customer, Vendor, Material and Finance.
They have thorough and deep knowledge of SAP Business Processes such as OTC, RTP, and Finance
They provide leadership and expert advice related to all technology, process, methodology and resources needed for successful implementation SAP MDG project and strategic vision of SAP MDG implementation with a thorough understanding of the dependencies from and impact on other enterprise initiatives
They are responsible of reviewing and providing key inputs to SAP MDG Project Plan and detailed tasks, identifying well qualified resources with specialized skill set and staffing the project if needed. They provide also directions to the MDG and other lead members of the project
and set SAP MDG project milestones and monitor progress. Consistently reviews resource effectiveness and restructures resources, approach, process to accomplish milestones on time, budget and quality.
They collaborate with Process Leads and Data Leads from client, third party system integrators and SAP for successful completion of joint responsibilities of the project
